  • Channel View is not responsible for any changes in bedding or equipment made by the owner after reservation was made.

  • We do not allow pets of any kind
  • Maximum occupancy limits will be enforced. You will be asked to leave without refund if you are over the maximum occupancy limit.Occupany limits include all children.
  • 1st night Deposit Required on Reservations, Additional Deposit for Late Arrivals
  • Full payment is due on or before check in date by Cash, Check, Cashier's Check, Money Order, Travelers Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover
  • Weekly maid service included on extended stays. Towels will be exchanged and trash removed on 3rd day of stay and every other day after that during extended stays.
  • Extra charges for additional Maid services, towels & linens.
  • Cancellation /Change policy - Up until 14 days prior to date of arrival you may change or cancel and get deposit back less $25 processing fee. (long term stays require 60 days prior to arrival, $100 fee)
  • Normal check in is 4pm, but actual check in time may vary due to various circumstances.
  • Check out is NO LATER than 11am.
  • You must be 25 or older to make reservation and check in. Person making reservation accepts all responsiblity for their guests. All Channel View guests must adhere to the rules and regulations in the guest information book.
  • Channel View reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
